We really enjoyed the sweet taste of this dish. It reminded DH of a dish his Dad use to make while he was growing up. You can really taste the pineapple. Very easy to prepare. I served it with some ribs and potato salad. Yummy dinner! Thanks Toni for posting.

My family was divided on this interesting way of making baked beans. DH liked it, I loved it, DD didn't care for it at. I've averaged the stars.

This is EASY AND EXCELLENT! They have a WONDERFUL SWEET FLAVOR. I used a red bell pepper and a white onion. I used this recipe for Baked Beans, Cheddar and Pickle Sandwich and it was perfect! Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

I tweeked this quite a bit by adding garlic, canned tomatoes and some soy. It was really good. I served this over toast but rice would work too. Thanks Cornelia.
