Found this recipe on the internet and made it last night for dinner. It is the best bread I have made since I got my bread machine. Crusty, light inside and absolutely delicious!
Best bread I've ever made!! I substituted bread flour for ap flour and it turned out great!! It holds up to thin slicing for sandwiches and toast!! Awesome, awesome recipe!! I only used the bread machine for the dough cycle, hate that hole the paddle makes at the bottom of the loaf!!

This bread is AWESOME! So light and airy on the inside and crusty outside. I've tried alot of bread machine recipes and this is one of my most favorites. Thanks so much for sharing this! Just a note I set my machine to light crust.

I made this today, 12/16/12 for the " Let's P-A-R-T-Y 2011 " Event. I let my bread machine do the hard work,( dough cycle ) formed into a loaf shape and placed it in a greased loaf pan.Then covered, and left to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. The loaf was baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I forgot it was supposed to be a crusty loaf, and buttered the loaf as soon as it came out of the oven.And I couldn't wait for it cool off, so I cut off a small slice and buttered it. Then bit into sheer delight. The bread tastes just wonderful and thank you so much for posting. " Keep Smiling :) "
