Apples and Peanut Butter (Apple Slices)

A quick, light lunch or a delicious snack. I never get tired of this combo!
Ingredients:

firm eating
apple
(I like Gala the best)
2 -4 tablespoons
peanut butter
(crunchy or creamy)
Directions:

Core and slice apple into wedges.

Divide the peanut butter evenly among the slices. I usually spread mine along the inner edge.

Enjoy!

This is my favorite way to eat an apple, especially a Honeycrisp. But I have a little special trick...microwave the pb just until it is slightly melted (just 30 seconds for my microwave) and stir. Now you have melted, slightly warm peanut butter that is a better dipping consistency. Sublime!
