I love guacamole and love spicy foods, and experimented and came up with this delicious, chunky and fresh tasting version!
Directions:
1
place avocados, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and jalepenos in medium sized bowl.
2
gently mash mixture with a fork, taking care to keep some chunks of avocado.
3
add lime juice and salt and mix to combine.
4
*do not be afraid to use salt. after adding the teaspoon, TASTE YOUR MIXTURE and see if more salt is neccessary. avocados need salt to taste good!
5
enjoy!
6
optional: add one tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro.
Ratings & Reviews:
This is amazing and spicy good guacamole, I added a bit more salt, but other then that, didn't change one thing. I really, really love the use of jalapenos here, and although "spicy" it was not overpowering hot. Really perfect! Thanks for sharing such a nice recipe!
