There are a lot of us out there having just fruit in the morning, Somersizers, Fit-for-Lifers, or just plain fruit enthusiasts. I have this smoothie several times a week. I change the ingredients depending on the season. The recipe should make two servings, but I usually drink the whole delicious batch myself.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender.
- Whizz for about 15 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
WONDERFUL, Healthy and Full of FLAVOUR! I halved this recipe and enjoyed this today in the morning for breakfast. I feel that this is the perfect way to start your day! Made this pretty much as given, & figured the last ingredient meant OJ, so used that, a full cup actually! Also used frozen peaches & slightly thawed strawberries for the frosty chill that I like in my smoothies! Loved the combo of fruits & will be making this one again, for sure!
