This is just to easy! It is a sweet/sour side dish from Denmark. Posted for ZWT'06.

- Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the cucumbers.
- May be eaten at once but flavor will improve with standing for several hours at room temperature.
- Store in the fridge after brining.
Great flavor! I used about 8 small cucumbers from the garden and this made plenty of juice for them. I am really enjoying them.
